In this 70 minute audio and written exercise, Kalanit Ben-Ari presents her core ideas on how to help children cope with fear and anxiety. It is designed for busy parents to listen at home or on the go, at their own pace.

When parents are faced with a stressed or anxious child, they often react in a way that unconsciously fuels the child's fear. Even with the best intentions, parents often create more dependancy that, in turn, disempowers the child.

Kalanit's down-to-earth approach delivers concise information (based on the very latest research in the area) and provides proven, easy, realistic and practical tips that can be used in real-life situations.

The talk includes many practical tips and examples for how to help parents to empower their children to overcome fear. With simple, yet significant, suggestions, children can discover their strengths and bravery to cope with challenges -- skills that will stay with them for years to come.

This talk is for parents of children aged 2-12, available for 30 days from purchase.

Absolutely great content for parents looking to help their children deal with stress, fear and anxiety and also for adults in general. I have learnt so many new things about how we view the world and how are children view it from their point of view. I also learnt how important our reactions are to their worries and their behaviours and most importantly I have received great tools and tips to take with me for the journey of becoming a better parent.
